- I feel this in my soul... I have gone through a lot of grief in my life. Mainly during my adolescent years, and it tore such a hole in me. It took a long time, and a lot of therapy to help mend that grief. There will always be holes of the hurt, and the people that are no longer with us. But, we learn to live around them, and embrace their absence.
