Synopsis

Ice Planet Barbarians follows Georgie Carruthers, a human woman abducted by aliens and stranded on a frozen, dangerous planet alongside other kidnapped women. Struggling to survive the harsh environment after escaping their captors, Georgie encounters Vektal, a blue-skinned alien warrior who is determined to protect her and his people. As the two face language barriers, survival challenges, and growing attraction, Georgie must decide whether this strange icy world could become a new home.

Review

The beginning of the book I didn't like, and I think a lot of people have said similar things. It's just a bit... touchy. However, the rest of the book was good, once you get through the introduction chapters. It is a strange book, the concept is definitely interesting to say the least. My friend recommended me the series, so I figure I would give it a try for her. lol If you plan to read it just go in knowing the beginning of the book will give you an 'icky' feeling. There is sensitive content like rape in the beginning.. so take that as you will.
