Home Full of Memories
We finally made the big move to Florida about two weeks ago, and our house sold last Wednesday. There were a lot of bittersweet feelings when leaving our first house. So many memories were held there. I had two babies while I was under that roof, but raised all three of them. Seven years of memories... Now someone else will be living under that roof, changing things, and making their own memories. Although I'm sad to let it go, my hope is that the new family gets to make great memories there too.
Home isn't really a building, or a place, it's the people you surround yourself with.
Home is my husband and three beautiful children.
So although we say goodbye to a chapter of our lives, we embark on a new one. I am so excited to look for a new house to call home, to make new memories, and explore a new state.
We will miss the family and friends we left behind, but visiting them will just be more meaningful.
So here is to new beginnings, and a new home full of memories.
