Review

I loved this book! Which.. I'm not surprised at all. However, I did forget how much I love Matt Dinniman's writing, and how much it makes me laugh. I love the cooky characters, jokes, but also how real some of the emotions can be. For example Carl realizing just how much Princess Donut really means to him, and that she is his only family left. I also like how this book kind of gave us some glimpses into the bigger plot as well, and some of the behind the games lore. It makes me want to keep reading and learn more. Matt also does a great job at making side characters matter, or make you care about them. Like they aren't just these side characters or meaningless NPC's they have lives of their own, and trauma of their own. They are all being exploited by the game. It really is such an amazing series.
