I LOVED this book! I loved the characters, I loved their story, their growth, and their individual stories as well. It was so good! I think I even liked it better then the first book in the series. I love Emma Hamm's writing, this is my second series that I have read of hers and I'm not disappointed. She just writes really good fantasy stories with romance. I like that the romance isn't the main focus, but an added bonus. I like reading for the story, not just for the spice. I also think their growth and shift in the book was a lot more in-depth then the couple in the first book. Excited to read the 3rd book in the series!!!
